This ceremony is led by Soma, founder of Heart2Hara. Soma is dedicated to providing accessible bodywork, wellness workshops & self-care tips as an expression of healing and community. Working as an adjunct instructor of massage, Soma is able to provide sound educational tools that are both streamlined and efficient. Grounded in the field of Shamanic practices, Soma is able to offer deep intuitive awareness and help you access transformational shifts in your body. In this ceremony, with cacao as our guide, Soma will re-connect us with our body, heart and mind.
