About the Event
An evening yoga flow that is calming and restorative with live reiki infused sounds. Class is chair accessible and can be modified to all levels. Yoga mats and blankets are available, but feel free to bring your own mat. Sessions are limited to twelve participants. Door closes at 6:15pm sharp.
