About the Event
The womb is recording every event in our lives like a voicemail, and when we become adults, every so often, there's a "BEEP" in the form of a trigger, or an alert, "Mailbox is FULL" in the form of PCOS, a panic attack, fibroids. When we stop listening or, can no longer sense the messages our womb is sending us, there is a disconnect.
A gentle step towards reconnecting with our wombs through juicy cleansing fruits, mindful, soothing self massage, a grounding and nourishing womb yoga flow, and guided writing meditation for listening and recording the stories in our bodies, Our Wombs Recall Workshop, will support the birth of an explorative and liberating space for adult survivors of child sexual abuse and sexual assault to dive into their minds, hearts, and wombs and ask, WHO called me here today? How did I know answer? And how can I keep listening?.
