A healing space created to courageously dive into the stories our wombs recalling dark and painful experiences and tending to them with love, care and intention. An offering of yoga, somatic therapies, and reiki to gently explore the depths of your shadows with support and care. This space is open for all female-identifying participants including trans folks.
