About the Event
A sacred container created to courageously dive into the stories from our wombs, recalling dense and painful experiences and tending them with love, care and intention. Often times our stories from traumatic births, adult and child sexual abuse, to the memories of past lovers impacts the way we project ourselves to the world and our relationships. With an offering of yoga, somatic therapies and reiki we will gently explore the depths of our shadows with support and care. This will allow space to let go of what is no longer serving us and call in the life and love we deserve.
